SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier performance and external factors.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

At 828, we believe in small-batch production and carefully crafted pieces. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide exchanges or store credit.

Exchanges / Store Credit: Eligible within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items: Limited-edition items — including the Logo Tee, Ties, and Cinch Belt — are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email shop@eight2eight.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace or correct the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Site—including images, logos, designs, and text—is owned by 828 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
