REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At 828, every piece is produced in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to helping you find your perfect fit through exchanges or store credit.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

  • Exchanges or store credit are available within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.​

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some of our limited-edition items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. These include:

  • Logo Tee

  • Ties

  • Cinch Belt

Final Sale items will always be clearly marked on their product page.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@eight2eight.co within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace or correct the issue at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier performance and local regulations.

HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email shop@eight2eight.co with your order number and request.

  2. We’ll provide you with an exchange authorization and next steps.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.

PREORDER PURCHASES
Preorders are made-to-reserve and therefore cannot be canceled or returned prior to shipping. Once your preorder ships, our standard return and exchange policy applies. If you need a different size once your item has been delivered, you may request an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Please note: because we produce in small batches, exchanges are not guaranteed and may be limited by inventory.
